SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase and will be packaged in boxes to ensure the items arrive exactly as described.

Additionally, orders over £150 GBP qualify for free shipping.

RETURNS

Returns must be made within 14 days of original purchase and must arrive in the same condition the items were sent - customers are liable for any shipping costs.

As a small independent business, we’re committed to providing quality products and service. We gladly accept returns if an item arrives damaged or is not as described.

We also understand that sometimes an item may not fit as expected. While we’re happy to accept returns in these cases, we kindly ask that you check the measurements provided in our listings before purchasing to help avoid sizing issues.
